Ingredients: Yellow peas, halved.

Recipe: Curry of peas for 4 persons:
200g yellow peas, 1.5dl water, 1 bayleaf, cardamom, butter,
1 onion finely chopped, 400g cauliflower, 2dl yoghurt nature,
curry, Holle herbal salt, seasonal fruits.
Cook the peas with 1 tablespoon cardamom and the bayleaf for
1 hour. Stew the onions in the butter glassily, add the
cauliflower and steam it with a bit water. Mash the cookes
peas and give it over the cauliflower. You can garnish it with
sliced seasonal fruits. Suitable to potatoes or corn.
